Nutritional Values: Every 100Gr. of Iranian pistachio contains 600 KCal, 20 to 23 percent of Protein, 2.5 to 3.5 percent minerals like Phosphorous, Potassium, Calcium, Magnesium, Iron and Sufficient amount of vitamins like B1, B2 and C.

Main Varieties: Fandoghi, Ohadi, Ahmad Aghaie, Shahpasand, Akbari, Jandaghi and Kaleh Ghouchi.

Form of Consumption: Fresh and dried fruits, Jam and Confectionary Industries.
